Current money back guarantee policy is working for all residents of Canada, aged 19+, who have purchased a STLTH starter kit either in-store or at the online shop.
If you have tried STLTH Vape device and are not satisfied with it for any reason, we will refund the full purchase price (if the evidence of purchase is provided), up to a maximum of $CAD 19.99. As mentioned in our Terms and Conditions, you claim your refund within 28 calendar days of purchase.

1. A written explanation why you are not satisfied with your STLTH starter kit (including Full name, full address and contact phone number)
2. Original receipt showing the date of purchase and purchase price (photocopies will not be accepted). If purchased online, please print off your order confirmation email (detailing your order number, date of purchase and purchase price).
3. STLTH starter kit (including the device and pod).
4. Proof of legal smoking age (Copy of Photo ID)

The policy is limited to one application for a single refund per household. Multiple or bulk claims will not be accepted and any products sent to us along with such claims will not be returned.

Only claims made by STLTH consumers will be considered. Claims made by retailers or wholesalers will not be reviewed and any products sent to us along with such claims will not be returned.

Your receipt will be mailed back to you, but a will archive a copy of it for your own records.

In order a claim to be valid, all of the conditions above must be met, otherwise it will be deemed invalid and no refund will be issued. For the avoidance of doubt, the money back guarantee cannot be claimed via retailers.
